Candy Corn Carrots


  • 1 lb Sliced Heirloom Carrots
  • 2 tsp Melted Butter
  • 2 tsp Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
  1. Slice the carrots as desired. I used a waffle cutter so they were extra pretty!
  2. Boil until desired tenderness is reached.
  3. Spread on a parchment lined baking sheet and brush on the butter with a pastry brush.
  4. Sprinkle with the brown sugar and kosher salt.
  5. Place on the middle rack under the broiler set on high. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until nicely caramelized. Serve immediately.
