- 1 lb Sliced Heirloom Carrots
- 2 tsp Melted Butter
- 2 tsp Brown Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
- Slice the carrots as desired. I used a waffle cutter so they were extra pretty!
- Boil until desired tenderness is reached.
- Spread on a parchment lined baking sheet and brush on the butter with a pastry brush.
- Sprinkle with the brown sugar and kosher salt.
- Place on the middle rack under the broiler set on high. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until nicely caramelized. Serve immediately.
