4-Ingredient Artichoke Parmesan Pork Chops
- 4 medium thickness Pork Chops, boneless
- 1 cup "Stonemill Kitchens Artichoke and Parmesan" Dip
- 1/4 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese blend
- 1 tsp dried Thyme leaves
- Place Pork Chops in a glass baking dish
- Spread dip over the top of the chops, mostly covering them
- Sprinkle with Cheese and Thyme
- Bake, uncovered, at 360° for 45-55 minutes, until internal temperature of the pork reaches 165°.
