I still have a couple of weeks of lab and course work to finish up, and then I'll be working on an externship for another month. After that however, I will be entering the work force. Oh my.
The crazy thing is that I didn't go to Culinary School so I could become a Chef. Working in a restaurant is the LAST thing I want to do!
I'm more of an Event Planner/Culinary Teacher kind of girl.
We will see what lies ahead!
